Savoury Crackers

This is a yummy, healthy, protein packed and way to easy to make savoury biscuit (or cracker) that can be enjoyed either by themselves or with your favourite dip!

Ingredients:

  • 100g Almond flour (meal)

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tablespoon of dried mixed Italian herbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon Nigella seeds

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Prepare to large sheets of baking paper. Place 1 sheet on a clean bench.

  2. Mix all ingredient together in a medium mixing bowl.

  3. Move dough to baking paper on the bench. Place the other piece of baking paper on top of dough.

  4. Begin to roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Roll until dough is roughly 1/2cm thick.

  5. Sprinkle nigella seeds over the top a lightly press into the dough

  6. Remove top layer of baking paper and cut into desired size.

  7. Keep dough on baking paper and transfer to tray.

  8. Bake for 7 mins or until crackers are slightly brown.

  9. Use for dipping or just snacking, enjoy
