Over night Oats

This recipe is a one pot wonder! Quick and easy to prepare the night before, this is a great grab and go breakfast for any busy morning! Oats are soothing for the gut, help to reduce anxiety and add fibre to your day.

Ingredients- serves 2

1/2 cup of steel cut rolled oats

2 cups dairy free milk of choice (no added sugar), I love coconut milk

1 table spoon of LSA

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1 freshly grated apple or pear

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cardamon

2 teaspoons pepita's

Method:

  1. Divide dry ingredients between two jars or bowls

  2. Pour 1 cup of dairy free milk and 1/4 of the grated apple or pear into each container and mix thoroughly

  3. add the remaining apple or pear to the top of the oats.

  4. Cover and leave in fridge over night.

  5. Grab and go in the morning. Enjoy!
